Your Age Now

Your Age Now

The year 2020 is over (woo hoo) and that sense of renewal and energy is sifting through the air.

We will all be stronger and perhaps forever changed because of the pandemic.  Some of us have learned that we don’t need to drive everywhere and have thought of new ways to work, live and play.

It’s a pivotal time to throw out old habits, create new ones and give serious consideration to what you want to accomplish most in life.

What better time then NOW to bust through your comfort zones and challenge yourself to be fully alive.

If you feel stuck, bored, or continue to put your creativity on hold, you might need more than a book, workshop or seminar to get you going.

No matter what age, we all have that urge to produce, learn, create and be of service.  This is even more so the older we get.

The paradox is some fear they are too old to get a new job, or to reinvent or go after a challenging project.

In reality you are in the sweet spot. You have many years of experience, no longer trying to prove yourself, putting up with unhealthy working conditions or just collecting a paycheck.

You have moved past that phase of your life.  It’s about expressing, creating and making a change, no matter how small in your community.

Please Know you are not alone millions of baby boomers and those not far behind no longer define themselves as the stereotypical, invisible woman of past generations.  Just look at Vice President Kamala Harris. She’s in her prime at 57.

The truth is, we have the power, the drive and courage to make our middle years exciting, rewarding and meaningful, we just need to take action NOW.
