Midlife Vision
I offer a combination of practical tools and counseling services to get you where you want to go, whether it be a new job, career, hobby, adventure or a creative project. I design custom resumes, cover letters, profiles, bios and use the latest psychological and behavioral strategies (M.A. in Counseling) to ensure you’re confident, motivated and focused.
It’s a wrap-around approach that has been helping women and men in their middle years get jobs, launch new careers or find hidden talents they weren’t even aware of.
As an expert interviewer and award-winning journalist, I use my skills to tell your story. I find your hidden gems that link your skills, experience, and talents to areas where you are most passionate and can express your authentic self.
At this stage of life you are ready to get started now. There are no more dress rehearsals, procrastination or excuses allowed. The middle years are a pivotal time to make a change, take on a new challenge, bust through your comfort zones and get engaged in a full, thriving and passionate life.
Who is Terri Hardesty
I’ve worked as an award-winning television reporter in San Francisco and throughout the US, field producer for two Michael Moore productions (one – Sicko – was nominated for an Oscar), and successfully reinvented myself to become a public relations professional and spokesperson for local governments, landing several successful interviews.
I’ve taken this combined experience and launched my career coaching practice four years ago. I have helped hundreds of men and women old and young successfully land jobs, define what they want most in life, reinvent and build businesses and practices that give them meaning and purpose on a day-to-day basis.
As a midlife woman myself, I have a passion to serve people 40+ to enhance the quality of their lives during this pivotal stage of life. I’ve been through every stage of what I’m offering, creating my own interviews, cover letters, acing interviews and reinventing myself several times. Time is now our biggest resource as we age so…
